December 2007: Santa Fe at Christmas
Northern New Mexico is beautiful this time of year because the days fluctuate between snowy tranquility and warm and sunny weather. I was able to get in some much needed R&R at the charming little El
Rey Inn in Santa Fe.
I hope you enjoy these pictures of the beautiful scenery.
By the way, there is a fantastic, larger than life portrait painting in the New Mexico
Museum of Art by Gerald Cassidy (see image below) portraying a Pueblo Indian - "past,
present and future." If you get a chance to visit Santa Fe, I would recommend that you visit this museum to also view the wonderful original Baumann woodcuts and paintings by Georgia O'Keefe.
